Penne with asparagus and pistachios

Tonight's epicurian experiment was the Penne pasta with Asparagus and Pistachios of the title. Another recipe from Cuisine Magazine, this was another winner. The Boy ate his weight in pasta and asparagus, and The Woman said the double-helping of pistachios wasn't enough. It's a keeper.

Tomorrow night, it's Ang's turn to cook. Which, of course, means it's my turn to keep Alex out of her hair for fear he'll end up in the stewpot. Man, is he a handful lately. Anyone know where I can score some quaaludes for this kid?
