While giving the boy a bath, I ask him to stand up and he says, "aye aye captain." He watches entirely too much Spongebob Squarepants.

Kids just do the darned cutest things. When Marcella was just a little bit older than Alex, she would sing "Don't Speak" by No Doubt to everyone in this little squeaky babydoll voice. I wish I'd recorded that.
