One of the highest-traffic clients hitting my site is WestPac Bank in Australia. Um, do the banks in Oz provide internet access, or are there lots of bored tellers there?

I believe that most businesses provide Internet access to staff. In Centrelink (where I work), we have to apply for Internet access and prove that we need it for work purposes.

The Westpac proxy is my #2 unique viewer, with over 6% of my traffic. I can surf from work too, but I have to work occasionally.
