Weekends

I'm spending weekends up in Tucson now, in case you were wondering about email pauses.

But, I do have new pictures up. New Alex photos, some from the park up here that he enjoys running around.

Life is good, although I hate watching so many of my coworkers looking at layoff notices and scrambling to find jobs. I've got to get out of the government-support nonsense. No private citizen can get away with not paying his bills when they're due, but the federal government breaks the due date for a budget every freakin' year. Odd.

I hate to come into your journal for a simple question. The way you have your first post, the one dated January 2005...to do that, do you just change the date when you are updating your journal to that? If not, can you please tell me how because I have a community and people don't read the userinfo and I would like to keep a similar post up at the top so people will refrain from requesting things that I do not do. Thank you.

Fake Dates

It's easiest if you post with the web client, because it let's you edit the date when posting. Otherwise, the Windows client can edit the date if you edit a previous post. So, post it, then open it from "view history" and edit the date. Bing!
