Network of "friends"

Although I hesitate to call anyone I don't know in real life a friend, the bizarre little map of LJ Friends is kinda cool. Apparently, Rillifane Lianna and Lakme are the hubs in this group. Wonder if there's someone trying to map the connections of all the LJ users, like Six Degrees.

Six Degrees is dead? Wow, I didn't know that. I was just there the other day.

Well, I never did get my friends to participate actively there, so it became less of a frequent visit for me. I'm sure that was a common problem.
