Userpics and stuff

Updated the templates page on my site. I added a couple new types of images that are quick and easy to make, as well as adding a description of what is customizable in each type.

C'mon, you know you need a new icon!

I just came up with the template after seeing that effect on someone else's userpic. I knew I had to find some way to make it work.

That was the one I saw, after making a bunch of userpics for Dementia myself. My version isn't quite as smooth, I think, but it's really easy to edit. :-)
