That is probably the best-looking cheesecake I've made. I remembered to spray oil on the sides of the pan and left it in the oven with the door propped open after it was done. So, no cracks, and a nice side appearance.
While the cream cheese was softening, I baked some cookies too. My coworkers loved me this morning.
If you lived in the continental US, at least you'd be somewhat closer. :-)
It's called Chocolate Truffle Cheesecake, and it was very rich. I've been told that my next cheesecake must be a traditional normal New York cheesecake. I usually make flavored ones.
