DPRK protests missile seizure as piracy - if they didn't think they were doing something wrong, why were the SCUDs hidden under layers of cement bags? Looks like smuggling, smells like smuggling...

Yeah, if I see a horse I call it a horse. Hmm, if I see someone SMUGGLING something, what should I call it? Yemen must have been planning on reselling it, why would they hide the shipment otherwise? Now they are screwed and will have to hold them until the world turns away from them.
