Last Post for a while

I've got the new Movable Type setup looking and acting as I expect it to, and the last 14 months of LJ entries ported over (minus comments, because they don't export). So, this should be the last LJ post from me. I'll be sure to pop over and comment on things occassionally, though.

Awww. Syndication seems so much less personal. I will dutifully swap from andysocial over to bunk_blog so as not to miss out.

How is syndication less personal? You get the same post I would have made on LJ, but my site doesn't crash or slow down as much as LJ does. :-)

I don't know why. I think because the one-degree of separation makes it seem more like a "column" and less like a "journal." But, it's yours, so. I just wanted to toss in a whine. :) Will you still be reading via andysocial, or can I take the "dead" journal off my list?
