I noticed the userinfo for the feed lists only 4 people reading it. The more people add it, the less it "costs" per person, and the LJ syndication system seems to work really well. I wish it would remove the "comment" links, though - it makes the line between the original site and LJ more difficult to see.
Can you set 'no comments' to apply to the whole journal? Or is that not an option with RSS? If not, you might be able to edit a custom style to do it. But that would require keeping it as a paid account.
So far as I know, you can't do anything with the RSS feeds. I don't "own" the Bunk_Blog feed at all - it's wholly an LJ artifact with no control available. No big deal, but I really think that comments to RSS feeds should be unavailable - the site never knows anyone posted, and the owner of the feed gets no notifications, as the LJ account is owned by nobody.
