Don't give me that cute innocent look!
Potty training is so much fun.
Not only did the boy have trouble informing me before he had to pee today, he found a way to pee the bed while not asleep. Not his bed, of course - mine. One minute he's happily toddling along the hallway and stairs, next he's crying on my bed while three small puddles expand. Combined with the erping-up of the other day, and he's had plenty of clean clothes lately, although we've not quite gotten around to doing our own laundry...
I'm still trying to figure out how he did it. How do you make three different pee puddles on the bed, yet have only the smallest of wet spots on your own pants?
To make the evening complete, he proceeded to pee himself at dinner, not 30 seconds after I'd asked if he needed to go to the bathroom. Love potty training...

I feel for you!
We had the same problem with our son as well.
He just didn't seem to get it.
But after a full 2 weeks of working with him he finally got it!!
It takes time and TONS of patience!
My oldest daughter was 3 1/2 before she was completely potty trained and my middle daughter pretty much trained herself after getting sick of the diaper. She was almost 2. Go figure!!
I used a process called "potty prizes"
I had a plastic jar filled with little toys/hotwheels cars/candy and I put the jar on the back of the toilet so everytime he went in there he could see the "stuff" inside and if he went he got to choose a prize out of the jar. Even if he just did a few drops he still got a prize. Didn't take long before he would REALLY go!
I also heard the other day on the TV another good way to train is to give them a "salty" treat (like a cracker or pretzel) after they go. The salt will make them drink more hence go pee more.
Just a few ideas to help the process along. I know when I was potty training I searched the net for good ideas.
Good luck!

Morphing frustration
For instance, the icon I'm using on this post started out as an attempt to morph one robot into another, but I couldn't find a second one with a decent pose. Maybe when I've got free time. Oh, never mind.
